බාල වයස්කාර දරුවන්ට දරුණු ලෙස වද දී කෘර ලෙස ඝාතනය කර වැරදිකරුවන් බවට පත්වන පුද්ගලයන්ට මරණීය දණ්ඩනය ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීම පිළිබඳ යෝජනාව පාර්ලිමේන්තු මන්ත්‍රීනි හිරුණිකා ප්‍රේමචන්ද්‍ර විසින් සභාගත කරනු ලැබීය. නියෝජ්‍ය අමාතය රන්ජන් රාමානයක එය ස්ථිර කරනු ලැබීය. එම යෝජනාව සම්බන්ධයෙන් වන විවාදය මේ වන විට පැවැත්වෙයි.
Yes, Psychopaths such as those raped and murdered Seya are dangerous to society and cannot be re-rehabilitated. Also large scale drug smugglers(say 1KG and over) and drug dealers destroying the lives of young people and their families deserve the death sentence. Others murderess can have life to repent and homicide(uncontrollable anger) guys can be rehabilitated.The world is not filled with compassionate people anymore.
