බලය යනු නරක අවියක් බව ඔහු කීවේය. බණ්ඩාරනායක මැතිණිය වසර දෙකක කාලයක් සිය ධුරය දිග් ගස්සා ගැනීමෙන් එජාපයට අසීමිත බලයක් ලැබුණ බව ඔහු සඳහන් කළේය.

It is the duty of the Sri Lanka's to protect that family from LTTE and the Western accusations. Otherwise the Sinhalaya will be doomed. It will not be like betraying the last king of Kandy who did not unite the country or he was not a Sinhalese by birth although he was crowned as the King of Kandy(not of Three-Sinhale).
